booking policies
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please understand that if an appointment is not cancelled within enough notice, the opportunity to fill the appointment time is missed. Time is Valuable and not something we can get back. All clients must hold a valid card on file in order to reserve appointments. Your card will not be charged unless any of the following occur.

​CANCELLATION POLICY:
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before your appointment time. You can do this directly from the confirmation email you receive, or reach out via phone (text/call) or email.
However, in case of a short notice cancellation (within 48hrs of the scheduled appt.) you will be charged 50% of the service booked. The session fee may be waived in the case of illness, or in the case of an emergency.​
NO SHOW POLICY:
I ask that you please let me know if you need to cancel 48 hours before your scheduled time so that time slot can be available to other guests. If you no show or reschedule your appointment within 5 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.
If you no call / no show, you will be charged 100% of the service booked.

​LATE ARRIVALS:
I reserve each appointment time specially for your needs. If you're running late, please call as soon as possible. If you are running 10 minutes or more into your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate your full service. You will be offered a shorter service or an option to reschedule.
This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full undivided attention and of course, the best lash work Holland has to offer!
REFUND POLICY:
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 45 minute express touch-up, if it is at fault of application or product. (Touch-up must be scheduled within 7 days of initial appointment) Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow proper aftercare instructions, will be charged full price for the service.

LASH INFILL POLICY:
​ A fill is usually scheduled within 2-3 weeks of your last application. In order for your appointment to be considered a fill, you must have at least 1/3 of the initial set left. As long as you get your lashes refilled within 2-3 weeks and maintain 30-50% of your eyelash extensions, your appointment will be treated as a refill. Otherwise, less than 30% of extensions remaining will result in a full set at full set price.
REMOVAL POLICY:
Albeit rare, it is possible to develop an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions. At the first instance you notice any reaction(s), contact me immediately (text 616-483-0332). Removals due to an allergic reaction, will not be charged.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS:
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $40 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
