booking policies

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please understand that if an appointment is not cancelled within enough notice, the opportunity to fill the appointment time is missed. Time is Valuable and not something we can get back. All clients must hold a valid card on file in order to reserve appointments. Your card will not be charged unless any of the following occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before your appointment time. You can do this directly from the confirmation email you receive, or reach out via phone (text/call) or email. 
However, in case of a short notice cancellation (within 48hrs of the scheduled appt.) you will be charged 50% of the service booked. The session fee may be waived in the case of illness, or in the case of an emergency.

 


 

 NO SHOW POLICY:

I ask that you please let me know if you need to cancel 48 hours before your scheduled time so that time slot can be available to other guests. If you no call / no show, you will be charged 100% of the service booked.

 

​LATE ARRIVALS:

I reserve each appointment time specially for your needs. If you're running late, please call as soon as possible. If you are running 10 minutes or more into your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate your full service. You will be offered a shorter service or an option to reschedule.
