All weddings require a signed "Bridal Agreement/Contract" and a 25% deposit based on the total of makeup services. This is non refundable. Wedding dates are not reserved unless BOTH are complete.​​

The final headcount for your bridal party is required 60 days from the date of your wedding. Bride will be responsible for payment of any person cancelling.
Holiday Booking Fee
We are always grateful to be apart of your special day and that sometimes means spending select holidays away from our families. If your wedding day falls on one of these holidays, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE holiday booking fee of $50.00 in addition to the regular booking retainer fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 90 days’ notice of cancellation of services.

Under 90 Days Prior to Event: Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another party, service, or future event.

Under 60 Days Prior to Event: You are responsible for 50% of the total booked services. The credit card on file may be charged if payment has not been remitted.

No-Shows / Same-Day Cancellations: The bride is responsible for 100% of the total booked services, regardless of cancellations by individual party members.

The bride is responsible for the full payment of all services scheduled, including those for bridal party members. Example: If 10 people are confirmed for services and only 7 receive services, the bride will remain obligated to pay for all 10.

Can we test out a couple looks before my event?
Yes! Trial runs ARE required.

Is the trial run free?
The trial runs are not free, as it's still a service that requires time and product. A trial run is essentially a makeup application service for future reference.

Do you offer on site service?
Yes! We prefer it, specially for wedding parties. We want to take as much stress off the bride on that special day. There is a small travel fee.

How much is the travel fee?
On site fee is dependent on the round trip mileage to the venue, or place wedding party is getting ready.

Will you do Mothers of the Bride & Groom the day of event?
Of course we will!

Is a deposit required?
Yes! Deposits are only required for the day of the event. The day of the trial run you will be handed a copy of the contract,and you will have 10 days to return it with the deposit to secure your date.

How much is a deposit required?
We understand this is an exciting and stressful time in your life so we recommend 25% of the total event quote however if you prefer to prepay for it, we are cool with that. Whatever works best for you!

Can the Makeup Artist be retained for the event for touchups?
Yes, we would love to be apart of your day. We charge $30 an hour. ​

What is required of me to book?
We require our Brides to complete a bridal contract and pay a non-refundable 25% deposit based on the total of makeup services. All terms are written in the contract.​​

How far in advanced should I book my trial?
We suggest 3-6 months out from your wedding date. ​

Do I have to give you the total head count for service when I book?
No, we request an estimate and then the "final" total no less than 90 days from your wedding date.

When do you collect the wedding day balance?
On the day of the wedding all balances are due. If someone cancels within 120 days the bride will be responsible for that persons' payment.​​

Are there any additional fees not included in the cost?
Please refer to the contract for specific fees that may include:
Travel fee
Early set up fee
Parking fee, tolls, valet where applicable
